Custom Homes
Kostiuk Construction will take care of everything from foundation to the finishing touches when you choose a custom home. We have built homes from just over 1000 square feet to over 5000 square foot homes. We ensure all warranties are in place, obtain all necessary building permits, and carry course of construction insurance during the build.
Only reputable trades people are used for the job, as we need to ensure your house is built to the Kostiuk Construction standard.
You can also be assured that the owner will be building your home alongside his crew every step of the way.
Home Renovations
Kostiuk Construction will complete your home renovation project to the highest standards. Renovation services inclue:

- Complete gutting and rebuild

Framing
Owner Geoff Kostiuk is considered by many to be one of the best framers in the Comox Valley. If framing is all you need, call Kostiuk Construction.We use 2x6 exterior walls on 16 inch centers with 1/2 inch fir ply sheeting. OSB is not used with Kostiuk Construction. We will also put up trusses and hand frame if needed. Other framing services include: beams, window and door installation and back framing.
As with all Kostiuk Construction work, everything is built to the BC Builiding Code.
Foundations
One further service that Kostiuk Construction offers is foundations. All foundations are done according to the BC building code. We do footings, walls, drain tile, pipes, tar.
Types of foundations include slabs, crawl spaces and full basements.
